Fit Camp FAQ
What if I am not physically fit?
- All fitness levels will be comfortable. We will not leave anyone behind. You will not be forced to exceed your fitness level. Group camaraderie will inspire and motivate all team members.
What types of exercises are performed?
- Circuit training, obstacle courses (when I find one!) interval running, core training, flexibility, strength training (bodyweight exercises) and team games (tug of war, tire flipping ect)
What should I bring to camp?
- Please wear a comfortable, well supported trainer or lightweight boots, water bottle, towel and an exercise mat (optional).
What else is offered?
- We offer nutritional guidance within our scope of practice. You will journal daily food intake and be ready to hand them into your physical training instructor upon request.
What should I expect?
- You should expect a dramatic improvement in your overall fitness level, strength and flexibility as well as more confidence and greater self esteem. You will be totally proud of your overall achievement in the program.
What is the cost of the program?
- Recruits who commit to a 6 week, 3 day a week camp pay £7.50 per session. Alternatively, recruits who cannot commit, and come, as and when pay £10 per session.
Why are Army Style Fit Camps so successful?
- Our program is designed with a start to end date. Recruits work toward a goal date, working out with scientifically proven protocols that’ll melt fat and increase your fitness to levels that you never thought possible. Along the way, you’ll have lots of encouragement from your PTI and new friends. Fit camp is tough but fun!
